The days after the holidays can feel tender and a little disorienting – routines are returning, energy may be low, and the new year can feel both hopeful and overwhelming at the same time. It’s often a time when we’re not quite ready to rush forward, but also not wanting to ignore what our bodies and hearts have been carrying (especially when it comes to our health.)
This free, in-person gathering is an invitation to land gently, reconnect with yourself, and explore how homeopathy can offer steady, supportive care during the winter months and into the year ahead.
We’ll talk about simple, practical ways to listen to the body, common patterns that show up after the holidays, and how homeopathy can meet us with warmth rather than pressure.

I’d love to invite you to a free, in-person gathering.
This will be a warm, low-pressure space to slow down together and reflect on how homeopathy can offer steady, supportive care as we move into a new year.
We’ll talk about:
• How winter shows up in the body and emotions
• How homeopathy can support resilience without overwhelm
• Specific remedy recommendations for common winter ailments
Bring yourself as you are, maybe a cozy blanket, and if you’d like, grab something warm from the co-op, and settle in.
At the end of our time together, I’ll also share a bit about a four-week class series beginning in January 21st for those who’d like to continue the conversation – but this gathering will stand fully on its own.
